David accumulates 7 years’ experience in coaching individuals and teams in developing personal and interpersonal skills, self-management and an expression of authentic leadership.
His clients include Teleperformance, Asian Development Bank, De La Salle schools and major actors in the local Game Development industry.
As a professional coach, David brings forth powerful transformations to his clients from both the industry and the academe. He enables staff, middle managers and executives to make powerful choices and to be bold leaders in their respective fields. He supports leaders to achieve a clarity of intention that enable them to act decisively and to be cause in the matter. He helps leaders to bring impeccable integrity in the workplace and empowers individuals and teams to reach phenomenal performance.
He acts as a facilitator and makes decisive discussions happen when they will not have happened or not in time. He is also a firm believer that people have all the internal resources they will ever need to achieve dramatic results.

Prior to his career as a coach, he worked for 13 years as an engineer and manager in the video game industry. He has worked all over the world (Canada, China, France, Philippines) for some of the hottest game development studios (Ubisoft, Virtuos) and has developed or directed development on titles such as Prince of Persia, and Prince of Persia: the Forgotten Sands, Lost (TV series), and Generation Rex to name a few.
His coaching skills has helped him motivate and empower his staff to produce at their maximum level. His teams have been praised by top management for their “phenomenal” performances.
David graduated from the CQPNL (Montreal, Canada) as a Master-Practitioner in NLP, and the Psynapse Institute (Paris, France) as a NLP Coach. He further developed his coaching skills through Benchmark Consulting’s ICF-approved ACSTH coaching course and became a professional coach.
He also earned a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from the European Institute of Technology (EPITECH).
