“Changing the world one person at a time” is Maria Carmela “Mela” S. Chamberlain’s personal mission as a Professional Coach. She brings with her over ten years and 700 hours of one-on-one coaching, backed by over twenty-five years of rich experiences in the various fields of Leadership and People Development, General and Sales Management, Personal Financial Planning, and Entrepreneurship. Her effectiveness as a Coach comes from her passion for making a difference, continuous learning and self-improvement.
As an Executive Coach and independent Leadership Development Consultant, Mela firmly believes in the holistic developmental approach. She has catalyzed and accelerated the growth of managers, department heads and executives up to the C-level, to assume expanded roles and achieve business objectives by improving both personal and professional effectiveness. Her ability to authentically connect to people of diverse backgrounds and sharp intuition have been instrumental in zeroing-in on key issues. Her exemplary communication and analytical skills enable her to give direct yet gentle feedback, encouraging one’s enhanced self-awareness that lead to better decision-making, continuous self-development and performance improvement.
As a Workshop Facilitator, Mela has helped participants appreciate the art and science of Coaching. She has also inspired many to see its value as a Leadership and Development Tool. Over the years, she has touched over a thousand lives in the numerous workshops she has facilitated on Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Sales Effectiveness, Personal Financial Management, Team Effectiveness and more.

Mela is the Immediate Past President of the ICF Philippines Chapter and is working to complete Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialing requirements.
