Eleanor Alandy has served thousands of leaders at the executive level as well as high potential senior business leaders in the US and in the Asia Pacific Region for over 20 years in the area of leadership development and executive coaching. She consulted with various Executive Teams in executive education, change management, team effectiveness, action learning, strategic planning, organization effectiveness, & leadership development leading to business results at organization, team and individual levels.
Eleanor assumed leadership positions in Talent Management/Organization and Leadership Development across several industries. She took on the role as executive coach and leadership development consultant/faculty/facilitator in these various industries including companies such as Procter & Gamble, Motorola, Allstate Insurance Co. and Center for Creative Leadership.
Her most recent assignments include leadership/executive coaching in companies based in Korea, Australia, Malaysia, and India. Eleanor trained/coached business leaders which resulted in USD$13M combined revenue and savings. Her rich background in human development roots from her roles in the past as Coaching Talent Director, Executive Coaching Practice Leader and Talent Management Leader.
Eleanor earned her MA in Organization Development from Loyola University of Chicago, her MA in Education from Northern Illinois University and has both an MA in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and a BA in Business Administration from Philippine universities. She has a Certificate in Business Leadership from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a certificate in 360 Profilor Assessment/Feedback from Personnel Decisions International, and a Certificate in Organization System Development at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is certified in various self-assessment and 360 degree assessment instruments which she uses in her coaching practice. She has taken various coaching programs from Coach Training Institute (CTI), New Ventures West, Coach U and Corporate Coach U.
As an executive coach and leadership consultant, she brings with her solid international work experience, expertise, and educational background combined with her leadership ability and her passion for continuous learning & thought leadership in her field of expertise. She focuses on making a difference with leaders up to the C-level position to enable them: to build, maintain,& enhance their personal and leadership effectiveness; in the accelerated development of high potential leaders for their personal & professional growth, and for the profitability and sustainability of the business they manage.
