The Coca-Cola Mindanao Supply Chain and Product Availability team underwent Benchmark Consulting’s team development program last September 24-25 at Pearl Farm in Davao. The team’s electrifying energy surged even higher as they surpassed all physical and mental challenges as one formidable force.

Air Materiel Wing Savings and Loan Association’s leaders have undergone the Leadership Development Program. Seeing the significance of the program to their roles as leaders, the program has been cascaded to the supervisors via the Supervisory Development program. Both programs were conducted by Benchmark Consulting.

Avon Products Manufacturing Inc. says “Hello Tomorrow” with much more gusto after going through the culminating event of its APMI Evolution project by Benchmark Consulting. All leaders and line people gathered and proved to the world that once they stick their heads together, they can be a force to reckon with no matter what challenges come in their way.

Ericsson Philippines’ set of leaders attended Benchmark Consulting’s Coaching for Success program on
September 15-17. Appreciation of the coaching process was fully seen as the leaders fully engaged
themselves throughout the program.

Megaworld Corp. recently attended the Coaching and Mentoring program on August 26-27 conducted
by Benchmark Consulting. The leaders in attendance showed their hunger to learn the process as they
openly shared personal events which helped make the program a much bigger success.
